Ranx 500 Tablet ER may also cause kidney failure in patients who already have kidney problems. Therefore, your doctor may need to do tests to check how your kidneys are working.

If you are taking metformin along with Ranx 500 Tablet ER, you have to be careful since Ranx 500 Tablet ER may increase the levels of metformin in the body which can lead to metformin toxicity. Talk to your doctor who will modify the dose of metformin.

It is recommended not to take simvastatin and Ranx 500 Tablet ER together because it may cause simvastatin toxicity which may lead to symptoms like muscle weakness and soreness, fatigue, decreased urination, etc. Let your doctor know that you are already taking simvastatin.
