Amoxycillin + Cloxacillin + Lactobacillus is a combination of three medicines: Amoxycillin + Cloxacillin + Lactobacillus1, Amoxycillin + Cloxacillin + Lactobacillus2, and Amoxycillin + Cloxacillin + Lactobacillus3. Amoxycillin + Cloxacillin + Lactobacillus1 and Amoxycillin + Cloxacillin + Lactobacillus2 are antibiotics which work by preventing the formation of the bacterial protective covering that is essential for the survival of bacteria in the human body. Together, they eradicate your infection effectively. Amoxycillin + Cloxacillin + Lactobacillus3 is a live microorganism which restores the balance of good bacteria in the intestine that may get upset with antibiotic use or due to intestinal infections.

Giving your child Rinclox L Tablet for a long-term can cause fungal infection (oral thrush) in the mouth and severe gastrointestinal infections (superinfections). Therefore, do not alter the dose and duration on your own and give Rinclox L Tablet to your child exactly as prescribed. Additionally, irregular treatment, repeated use, and misuse of Rinclox L Tablet can make the bacteria resistant.
Q. Are there any possible serious side effects of Rinclox L Tablet?
Although rare, Rinclox L Tablet may cause some serious side effects such as persistent vomiting, kidney damage, allergy, diarrhea, and severe gastrointestinal infections. Always consult your child’s doctor for help in such a situation.

It is advised not to give Rinclox L Tablet to children if they have jaundice. The reason being, Rinclox L Tablet contains an active ingredient called cloxacillin which can aggravate the symptoms of jaundice in your child.
