Side Effects of Roliflo are Dryness in mouth, Blurred vision, Constipation, Ejaculation disorder, Nausea, Dry eye, Urinary retention, Headache, Orthostatic hypotension (sudden lowering of blood pressure on standing), Dizziness, Abdominal pain.

How Roliflo Products work

Tamsulosin + Tolterodine is a combination of two medicines: Tamsulosin + Tolterodine1 and Tamsulosin + Tolterodine2 which relieve the symptoms of benign prostatic hyperplasia. Tamsulosin + Tolterodine1 is an alpha-blocker while Tamsulosin + Tolterodine2 is an antimuscarinic. They work by relaxing the muscle around the bladder exit and prostate gland so urine is passed more easily. This prevents frequent, urgent or uncontrolled urination.
