Side Effects of Strexyl are Sedation, Confusion, Weight gain, Orthostatic hypotension (sudden lowering of blood pressure on standing), Memory impairment, Urinary retention, Dizziness, Increased prolactin level in blood, Tiredness, Tremors, Muscle stiffness, Uncoordinated body movements, Dryness in mouth, Constipation.
