Telmisartan + Amlodipine + Hydrochlorothiazide is a combination of three medicines: Telmisartan + Amlodipine + Hydrochlorothiazide1, Telmisartan + Amlodipine + Hydrochlorothiazide2 and Telmisartan + Amlodipine + Hydrochlorothiazide3. Telmisartan + Amlodipine + Hydrochlorothiazide1 is an angiotensin receptor blocker (ARB) and Telmisartan + Amlodipine + Hydrochlorothiazide2 is a calcium channel blocker (CCB). They work by widening and relaxing the blood vessels, thereby lowering blood pressure. Telmisartan + Amlodipine + Hydrochlorothiazide3 is a diuretic which removes extra water and certain electrolytes from the body through urine. Over time it also works by relaxing blood vessels and improves blood flow.
