Common

Side Effects of Torisel are Nausea, Vomiting, Insomnia (difficulty in sleeping), Rash, Headache, Low blood platelets, Breathlessness, Fatigue, Bacterial infection, Decreased white blood cell count, Decreased potassium level in blood, Increased glucose level in blood, Cough, Viral infection, Diarrhea, Stomatitis (Inflammation of the mouth), Constipation, Taste change, Decreased white blood cell count (neutrophils).

How Torisel Products work

Temsirolimus is a kinase inhibitor. It shows its action by blocking the action of the abnormal protein that causes the multiplication of cancer cells. This may help slow the growth of tumors.
