How Velrid M Products work

Ranitidine + Magaldrate is a combination of two medicines. Ranitidine + Magaldrate1 is an H2 blocker (antacid). It works by reducing the amount of acid in the stomach which helps in relief of acid related indigestion and heartburn. Ranitidine + Magaldrate2 is an inorganic salt that neutralizes excess acid in the stomach.
