Terbutaline + Bromhexine1 is a bronchodilator which relaxes muscles in your airways and widens the airways. Terbutaline + Bromhexine2 is a mucolytic which thins and loosens mucus (phlegm), making it easier to cough out. Together, they make breathing easier.
