Directions For Use:
- Inhale normally and place the mouthpiece between your lips
- Inhale until the first ball is up, and maintain this position. The second and third balls should remain in their initial position
- Hold the unit upright
- Exhale normally
- Inhale at a rate to raise only the ball in the first chamber
- Hold your breath for as long as possible
- Remove the mouthpiece and exhale
- Repeat the process
- Rinse your mouth after completing the exercise to avoid infection
- Detach the mouthpiece from the base of the device
- Clean it with clean running water and antibacterial soap for about 20 seconds
- Wash the rest of the spirometer with water and soap
