Cranmas-D Tablet is a non-antimicrobial solution for the prevention of Urinary tract infections (UTIs). Cranberry and D-mannose help in promoting urinary tract health and may help to reduce the frequency of UTIs.

Key Ingredients:

• Cranberry Extract (300mg)

• D-Mannose (600mg)

Key Benefits:

• E.coli is considered as the common bacteria causing UTI and has hair-like protruding fimbria on its surface through which it attaches to the surface of the urinary tract

• Cranberry contains proanthocyanidins (PAC) which secures the mannose-resistant adhesins (P-fimbriae) of E.coli and further inhibit the binding of this bacteria to the urinary tract

• D-mannose lashes to the mannose-sensitive type 1 pili of E.coli bacteria thereby, blocking its attachment to the surface of the urinary tract
