- Walnuts, pine nuts, cashews, brazil nuts, macadamia nuts, hazelnuts and pecans should be stored inside the refrigerator in all the seasons. They contain a high amount of oil and should be stored in the refrigerator only
- Ideally dry fruits require a temperature of 6-8 degree celsius. So if you are in an area which has this temperature you can keep other dry fruits out in a cool and dry place away from direct sunlight preferably in an airtight container to avoid infestation
- To store for longer periods of time, we would recommend you to deep-freeze in an airtight container (-18 to -15 degree celsius) and thaw before eating
- Store all roasted items such roasted cashews, roasted almonds, salted pistachios inside an airtight container in a cool and dry place
