Product introduction

Yoor 500mg Tablet is a medicine used to treat type 2 diabetes mellitus. It helps control blood sugar levels and thus prevents serious complications of diabetes. It is also used to treat a menstruation-related disorder known as polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) in women.

The most common side effects of this medicine include diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, abdominal discomfort, headache, and loss of appetite. Some people may develop hypoglycemia (low blood sugar level) when this medicine is taken along with other antidiabetic medicines or alcohol or upon skipping a meal. Monitor your blood sugar levels regularly while taking it.

Before taking this medicine, inform your doctor if you have any kidney, liver, or heart problems. Pregnant or breastfeeding women should also consult their doctor before taking it. Your doctor will check your kidney function before starting treatment with it. Avoid excessive alcohol intake while taking it, as this may increase the risk of developing some side effects.

FAQs

What does Yoor 500mg Tablet do exactly?

Yoor 500mg Tablet works in PCOS by making the body more sensitive to insulin. In PCOS, the body often doesn’t respond well to insulin, leading to high insulin levels. This can cause the ovaries to produce excess male hormones, leading to irregular periods, acne, and unwanted hair growth. Yoor 500mg Tablet lowers insulin levels, helping to balance hormones, regulate periods, and reduce these symptoms.

For type 2 diabetes, Yoor 500mg Tablet helps control blood sugar levels in three ways: it reduces the amount of sugar the liver makes, helps the body use insulin more effectively, and lowers sugar absorption from food. This helps prevent blood sugar spikes and manage diabetes better.

What are the benefits of taking Yoor 500mg Tablet?

Yoor 500mg Tablet benefits polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) by improving how the body responds to insulin, lowering insulin levels, and reducing excess male hormone production. Additionally, Yoor 500mg Tablet controls blood sugar by enhancing the body's insulin response, reducing sugar production in the liver, and limiting sugar absorption from the intestines. Unlike some other antidiabetic medicines, it rarely causes low blood sugar when taken alone.

Does Yoor 500mg Tablet cause weight loss?

Can Yoor 500mg Tablet make you sleepy?

Yoor 500mg Tablet usually does not cause sleepiness and is well tolerated. However, the use of Yoor 500mg Tablet may rarely cause sleep disorders and insomnia. How to take Yoor 500mg Tablet?

Take Yoor 500mg Tablet with or after a meal. Do not crush or chew the Yoor 500mg Tablet, and swallow it with a glass of water.
