• Collection tube and scoop for sample collection.
• Biohazard bag for safe containment.
• Seat cover for safe and easy stool collection
• Detailed instructions manual.

Sample collection instructions (Also present in manual inside the box)

1. Label: Mark the tube with name and date.
2. Gloves: Wear the gloves that have been provided.
3. Setup: Place biodegradable paper.
4. Collect: "2 to 3 Scoops" a pea-sized stool sample, preferably in the morning. For a clean and correct sample collection, don't forget to empty your bladder before collecting the sample. Samples should not be contaminated along with urine. Keep the tube closed to prevent contamination. Avoid spilling the tube's transparent liquid. 
5. Dispose: Tear and flush/discard paper.
6. Mix: Shake tube for thorough mixing.
7. Store: Place the tube in the box, secure the tube at room temperature.

Important Instructions:

For accurate gut health insights, please consider the following before collecting your sample:

• Age group: minimum age group for this test is 8 years.
• Antibiotics: Wait if you've taken any in the last 2 weeks. 
• Illness: Delay if you've had a fever/infection in the past week. 
• Alcohol/Drugs: Avoid sample collection within 24 hours of use. 
• Menstrual Cycle/Pregnancy: Avoid taking sample if you are menstruating or pregnant.
