Side Effects of Aciset-7D are Chalky taste, Fecal impaction (hardened stool that stays stuck in the rectum or lower colon), Rebound hyperacidity, Decreased phosphate level in blood, Increased magnesium level in blood, Milk-alkali syndrome, Softening of bones, Aluminum intoxication, Muscle weakness, Encephalopathy, Hypersensitivity.
