How Colixin Mps Products work
Dicyclomine + Paracetamol + Simethicone is a combination of three medicines: Dicyclomine + Paracetamol + Simethicone1, Dicyclomine + Paracetamol + Simethicone2 and Dicyclomine + Paracetamol + Simethicone3. Dicyclomine + Paracetamol + Simethicone1 is an antispasmodic which works by relaxing the muscles in your stomach and gut (intestine). It stops sudden muscle contractions (spasms), thereby relieving abdominal cramps and pain. Dicyclomine + Paracetamol + Simethicone2 is an analgesic (pain reliever). It blocks the release of certain chemical messengers in the brain that cause pain. Dicyclomine + Paracetamol + Simethicone3 is an antifoaming medicine which disintegrates gas bubbles and allows easy passage of gas.
