Side Effects of Jakavi are Anemia (low number of red blood cells), Low blood platelets, Dizziness, Infection, Fatigue, Headache, Decreased white blood cell count (neutrophils), Increased alanine aminotransferase, Bruising.

Ruxolitinib is an anti-cancer medication. It works by blocking the action of the abnormal protein that signals cancer cells to multiply. This helps to stop or slow the spread of cancer cells.
