Pryor Tablet may be taken with or without food. However, always take it in the dose and duration prescribed by your doctor. Also, continue taking this medicine for as long as your doctor prescribes it, as missing a dose or stopping the treatment prematurely can reduce its effectiveness and may impact overall treatment outcomes.
Some common side effects of this medicine include fatigue, skin rash, hypertension, hot flush, arthralgia, diarrhea, falls, and weight loss. How Pryor Tablet works
Prostate cancer cells depend on androgens to grow and survive. Even in cases where the cancer becomes resistant to standard hormonal therapies (castration-resistant), androgen receptors in the cancer cells continue to be active and promote cancer growth. Pryor Tablet targets these androgen receptors, blocks their activation, and prevents them from binding to androgens. This action inhibits the signaling pathway that drives the growth and proliferation of prostate cancer cells.

What if you forget to take Pryor Tablet?
If you miss a dose of Pryor Tablet, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
